  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 tsp Creole or Cajun seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp each salt and black pepper

  • 1 batch homemade or store-bought pie dough for a double-crust pie

  • 1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp water for egg wash

Directions
